Orient's choice of the 64 Jewels holds a symbolic significance, serving as a tribute to Japan's inaugural post-war global milestone—the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. This commemorative decision is embodied in the creation of a distinguished luxury watch.
This Almighty is powered by the "676" version of the LCW, developed exclusively for the Grand Prix line. Infused with advanced features like incabloc shock protection and Triostat fine regulation, allowing precision adjustment across three parameters, this watch adheres to the highest standards. The incorporation of Pellaton winding ensures not only efficiency but also remarkable accuracy, meeting Chronometer standards.
The design further enhances the allure of this gem. The generously sized waterproof case, paired with robust lugs and a dedicated 1.5mm glass, imparts a substantial and commanding appearance. As the flagship model until the release of the Grand Prix 100, meticulous attention was given to the dial texture, hand shapes, and indexes. The silver dial, exhibiting a subdued light reflection, boasts an exceptional finish. The seamlessly crafted bracelet, adorned with an ultra-fine hairline finish, bestows upon it the essence of a "luxury sports watch," a novel concept at the time.
Preserved in pristine deadstock condition, theis exemplifies Orient's unwavering commitment to excellence.
The watch currently runs flawlessly and will be sold as is. Please let us know if you wish to service it.
