In the 1990s, Seiko reintroduced several 1960s and 1970s 5 Sports models as part of their SBSS series. What makes these SBSS watches truly captivating is their remarkable faithfulness to the original timepieces they pay homage to, while also possessing an equally impressive visual appeal.
An excellent example is the SBSS007 or 7S36-0060, which faithfully reproduces the iconic Ref.6119-7160 model.
 
It showcases superb vintage styling, captivating splashes of color, and a cutting-edge bracelet that adds a touch of avant-garde. This new old stock full-set version is a delight for collectors. The watch boasts a substantial cushion-shaped case with bold corners and a sizeable bezel. Its matte black dial is striking, complemented by a vibrant red seconds hand and the blue SPORTS logo.
