The 56GS series was introduced in 1970 and offered a wide variety of models with 35 in total. This reference was also the first to introduce an ultra-thin automatic caliber, at just 4.5mm. Following the Grammar of Design rules, the -7010 and -7011 cases come with sharp edges and brushed finish to the surfaces between the lugs and are the most common vintage Grand Seiko that you can find on the market.
This example we have to offer is the Grand Seiko 56GS Ref.5646-7010, white dial, in stainless steel. Although a common model, this particular one still retains its original factory finishes with the blue protective film still intact. It comes as a set, including the original buckle and box.

Grand Seiko 56GS 5645-7010
This 56GS is in very good condition, retaining its factory sharp edges and showcasing the stunning Tanaka grammar of design. While the case shows scratches scratches from potential use, they are minimal and hardly noticeable.
The original white dial is flawless, having gracefully evolved to a rich, creamy hue. Both the handset and crown are original and remain in pristine condition. The case back and gold medallion are also in excellent shape with only some tarnishing on the edges, with the blue protective film still in place. The glass is clear and free of visible scratches.
Included with the watch are its original Grand Seiko buckle and the original box.
